I enjoyed the fair price and the location's convenience for travel and food options. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made check-in a bit easier despite the hiccup with timing. However, I walked into the first room with a heavy cigarette smell coating everything. It took me two room moves to find a cleaner option, and even then, the lingering odor was unpleasant. The beds were uncomfortable, feeling like rocks. The housekeeping was also lacking. I found hair on my sheets and other cleanliness issues. Things like outdated decor and broken light fixtures were disappointing as well. Breakfast plans fell through with no prior warning, which added to the frustration. All in all, while I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, the room conditions really dropped the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The cleanliness needs a serious upgrade!!! Rooms reeked of dust and sweat with stained linens ruining any comfort!!! The recurring issues with broken light fixtures show a lack of attention to detail!!!

We loved the location, super convenient with plenty of restaurants around. The kids enjoyed nearby Riverview Park, a great spot for family outings. The room was clean, and the beds were quite comfortable for our two-night stay. Check-in was smooth.

The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly. There was one associate who really went the extra mile to bring us extra towels when we needed them, which is rare these days.

The King Room was nice with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a very clean private bathroom. There was even a coffee machine! The staff were super accommodating, letting us use the breakfast room even though breakfast was cancelled. Location was good for nearby food options. Overall, had a pleasant stay.
